responsible for what goes live on your account.
Applying this file to eBay
Three steps. The file is already in eBay's own File Exchange
format, so nothing needs editing first.
Open File Exchange. In Seller Hub go to
Listings → Upload / File Exchange → Upload file. If you have never
used it, eBay asks you to switch it on once; it is free.
Upload the file exactly as downloaded. Do not open it in Excel and save
it again first. Excel rewrites the encoding and strips the header eBay reads,
which is the single most common reason an upload is rejected.
Check the result report. eBay emails a report within a few minutes.
Revisions apply to your live listings straight away; anything eBay refuses is
listed there with a reason.
This file revises your existing listings. It does not create new ones,
change your prices, or touch your stock levels. If you would rather test first,
delete all but one row and upload that.
