Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BestWay Digital. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@bestwaydigital.co.uk.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at sales@bestwaydigital.co.uk with your order details.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail your package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
