We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase goods. Once you submit an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer a refund or replacement.
3. Shipping
We are proud to offer free UK delivery on orders over £25. Orders below £25 incur a small delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2–5 working days. Express options may be available at an additional cost.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at sales@bestwaydigital.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return.
